“and its laws. It is what it is. No amount of complaining, resentment or mourning will help. Accept, let go and move on. ”
@TheAncientSage

In modern life, we often face situations that are out of our control, like heavy traffic causing us to be late for work. Instead of getting upset and complaining about it, we can practice acceptance, let go of our frustration, and focus on finding a solution, like notifying our workplace about the delay and making up for lost time once we arrive.

do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7 ESV

Philippians 4:6-7 encourages believers to not be anxious about anything, but to bring their concerns to God in prayer and thanksgiving. This aligns with the Stoic principle of acceptance and letting go of things that are out of our control, focusing instead on finding a constructive way forward.
